Great insights. I have to agree on the problem with contracts. I think it is the root of this credit crisis. The government needs to step in and scrutinize/regulate the process of drafting these contracts. On the other hand, people should learn to read carefully contracts that they sign. Remember, a contract can be as powerful as a state law when things go awry for these companies. Wouldn't hurt to be more careful before signing.
